RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an online purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of the shipment date for an exchange or a refund to the original form of payment. Returned items must include all labels and tags and be in their original packaging. We encourage you to keep a copy of your return shipping labels. Please mail returns to:

Processing and Instructions

• Shipping cost is waived for exchanges or defective items.

• Customers are responsible for the reshipping costs of regular returns.

• Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or a refund. Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Restrictions and Exceptions

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for credit or exchange.

• Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

• Items marked “final sale,” including bath products and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
